I thought Eclipse was actually better than the other movies in the Twilight series. Of course, because it's a movie based off a book, it couldn't include everything the book had to offer. Disappointing as it seems, I did like the director's views on the kissing scenes of Bella and Jacob. They were much more intense than previous kisses with Edward as the partner in the rest of the series. Although, once again, the movie seemed to be more aimed for the audience that didn't read the book first. It looked to be trying to make more suspense than needed, where others who had already read the book would have known Bella chooses Edward in the end. The fighting scenes were a bit melodramatic however but very vivid. On to the topic of acting, it was mediocre. Replacing the actor for Victoria was not a good choice. I was already familiar with the old Canadian actor and couldn't really recognize Victoria. Overall, I liked the movie.

I thought Eclipse was pretty good, or at least it was better than New Moon. Overall I thought the movie represented the book pretty well.
